SPIRITUALITY=GRATITUDE

From all the definitions of SPIRITUALITY what strikes me most is this-it is your gratitude towards the universe... one tries to give back to his surroundings for each and everything that he received...to the earth under my feet, to the heavens above, to the music if the sparrows, and to the chanting of the wind....
the blessings received is countless. Will it be fair to keep account for the little things i give.

ILLUSIONS

most of the time we weave our own worlds and live surrounded by the web of illusions. its my constant feeling that you wont survive if you really happen to know what really people think of you. our illusions help us to live ever more happily.....be yourself and believe in yourself..

The very fact that you are happy or upset by the joyful or bitter remarks made by others clearly exposes your identity as a victim-you become the victim of someones happiness or grudge. Consequently your identity is defined by yourself as someone who is completely controlled and directed by the emotional frustrations of others; you degrade yourself into something similar to a puppet. Its you turn dear, to find yourself as a prince or prey......
